Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Data Analyst who will be integral to our team. This role is based in Minnetrista, Minnesota, in the telecom industry. The Data Analyst will be responsible for creating and managing master data, implementing data management solutions, and executing data cleansing activities. They will also support process improvement efforts, work with various partners to ensure compliance, and handle basic issues while escalating complex issues to relevant staff.Responsibilities: Create and maintain master customer, vendor, and product data in SAP ERP environment Implement and maintain basic master data management solutions to optimize system capabilities Execute data cleansing activities to ensure the overall health of the data Support data and process improvement efforts to implement identified opportunities Work closely with essential partners to ensure compliance with data processes and procedures Handle basic issues and problems, escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff Develop and provide business insights to help leaders make better decisions Facilitate data extraction, collection, cleansing, and preparation for consumption Respond to ad-hoc data requests, ensuring timely and accurate data models Conduct analyses of performance variables, data management measurement, and analytics data design principles Develop detailed understanding of the business and offer mentorship or technical solutions to solve business problems. Requirements Proficiency in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau and SAP ERP is essential Demonstrable experience in Supply Chain Logistics and Materials Handling is required Strong understanding and application of Analytics and Optimization methods for process improvement Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Sales and Office Functions Familiarity with Reporting procedures, Practices and Metric Reporting Ability to work closely with Stakeholders and Partners to execute projects Experience in KPI Reporting and Collection Processes Knowledge in Compliance procedures and ability to ensure compliance Proficiency in managing Workstation Support and About Time software Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
