Description Robert Half is currently searching for an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to make a difference at a local manufacturing company. This is a contract role with the potential for hire and has the flexibility of a hybrid schedule based in Minnetonka. The successful candidate will handle a range of responsibilities including managing logistics, providing superior customer support, and undertaking additional, varied project duties.Key Responsibilities:Logistics Administration/ Order Management:The supply chain specialist will coordinate comprehensive logistics activities across multiple transportation modes to secure order fulfillment targets. They will also manage shipping documentation, liaise with external logistics partners, and align customer orders within the overall commercial strategy. Replenishment to international warehouses will also be a key responsibility.Customer Support:The chosen candidate will be responsible for resolution of customer complaints, processing sales orders, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders, and improving overall customer service efficiency. The ideal candidate will also excel at processing international orders, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and offering team support as needed.Additional Projects and Responsibilities:The successful candidate will handle additional responsibilities that include analyzing pricing and demand, managing resin buy-backs and diversions, updating customer accounts and details, coordinating with warehouse partners, and handling customer-related emails via the Service Center email.Requirements Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and should have a comprehensive understanding of supply chain functions, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce, effective customer service skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
