We strive to provide not only superior technology and design, but also outstanding quality, service, and application support.Job DescriptionJob SummaryReporting directly to the Finance Director, you will lead members to prepare and review of financial plans, forecasts and results. Critical thinking ability of connecting issues to help develop sustainable solutions is required. To complete tasks and meet deadlines, the Plant Controller must work independently, with financial systems (SAP) and build effective working relationships with manufacturing team and other business partners.Key Characteristics● Outstanding ability to communicate, motivate and partner with business operation leaders● Critical thinking to identify and resolve issues is a must.Duties & Responsibilities● Lead the finance aspect of labor productivity, material efficiency, capacity optimizationbased on the standard cost goal.● Suppress off standard costs by identifying the root causes and work with operations toeliminate the extra costs.● Lead plant actual closing, budgeting and forecasting cycles and provide related analysis for management review. Find and manage risks and opportunities to drive profitable salesgrowth and productivity.● Manage the plant SGA and Cost of sales budgets and manage teams providing periodicreporting to department owners.
