Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Healthcare Recruiter in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This role primarily focuses on the healthcare industry, with a specific emphasis on recruiting physical, occupational, and speech therapists. The position can be either hybrid or remote, providing flexibility in the working environment. Responsibilities: Lead full cycle recruiting processes to meet the hiring goals of the organization Utilize ATS to manage recruitment activities and candidate information Develop and execute effective recruiting plans to attract a diverse pool of candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, functions, and skills needed Conduct detailed interviews and screening of candidates to verify their suitability for the position Maintain accurate records of all recruiting activities to ensure the process is transparent and efficient Address any inquiries from candidates regarding the application process or position Monitor the progress of selected candidates during the hiring process Utilize recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent Stay up to date with industry trends to ensure that recruiting strategies are relevant and effective. Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience in a recruiting role Proficiency in using Applicant Track System Demonstrated experience in Full Cycle Recruiting Solid knowledge and experience in Recruiting Activities Ability to develop and implement effective Recruiting Plans Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Good problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
