Connecting. Growing together.We are seeking a highly skilled and customer service-minded Director to spearhead M&A integration strategy and process within our dynamic organization. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate the seamless integration of newly acquired entities into our corporate framework, driving synergy and efficiency across our shared-service support functions. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing our corporate services landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, operational prowess, and exceptional leadership abilities.If you are located near the Minnetonka, MN office, you will have the flexibility to work from home and the office in this hybrid role as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the end-to-end integration process of acquired entities into our corporate services framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives

Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies, leveraging cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to drive successful outcomes

Develop procurement expertise to establish credibility with colleagues and acquired entities and efficiently complete work

Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison to acquired entities, fostering positive relationships, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the integration process

Collaborate closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify, develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at elevating our corporate services capabilities and driving long-term value

Provide strategic guidance and direction to the corporate services team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability

7+ years of experience in procurement, corporate strategy, M&A integration, or related areas, with a proven track record of success

Solid understanding of corporate functions, especially procurement

Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with an emphasis on efficient process, and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives

Solid Project Management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Flexibility to travel as needed for integration activities

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in project management or related areas (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma)

Demonstrated experience leading large-scale integration initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Understanding of corporate functions including finance, human capital and technology

Prior experience in the healthcare industry or within a similarly complex, regulated environment

Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and driving organizational change

Familiarity with M&A best practices and integration frameworks

Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling

Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and other relevant technologies
