Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This role involves managing payment transactions, reconciling vendor statements, and coding invoices to the general ledger. The position is an integral part of our financial operations and will require a strong understanding of account reconciliation and data entry processes.Responsibilities: Receiving invoices and ensuring timely payment to vendors. Reconciling vendor statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Coding invoices to the general ledger to accurately reflect expenses. Utilizing Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data. Checking runs to verify the accuracy of payment processes. Processing invoices efficiently and accurately. Leveraging your skills in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP). Ensuring the accuracy of data entry and invoice processing. Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes Familiarity with Check Runs procedures Proficiency in Coding Invoices Strong Data Entry skills Experience in Invoice Processing Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to maintain confidentiality and display professional discretion Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively while working under pressure Sound decision-making skills and ability to plan and prioritize Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once Demonstrated ability to maintain high level of professionalism and integrity.
