Although we are a small team, we have plenty of experience in the WordPress plugin development space and welcome people of all skill levels. If you are looking for a chance to prove yourself and learn from an experienced WordPress product developer this team is exactly what you are looking for.
We are looking for someone able to work between 10 and 20 hours per week to tackle support questions from our customers as well as develop custom solutions to common user needs. This person needs to be interested in growing with the company as we look to expand our products to more customers.
Common duties include:
- Responding to customer support requests.
- Assisting with or even building light customizations using PHP hooks and filters.
- Adding to our existing support docs and improving the website.
- Developing new features for use in our plugin products and extensions.
- Test releases to help with quality assurance.
Skills and traits needed:
- Excited to contribute and make an impact on a small team.
- Fluent English speaker.
- High attention to detail.
- Broad experience with WordPress, especially plugins.
- Ability to write PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Other desired skills and traits:
- Experience with Git and Github.
- Experience coding WordPress plugins.
- Native to the United States, particularly Minnesota.
