Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and experienced Freight Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for self-driven individuals with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the logistics industry. As a Freight Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and coordinating transportation solutions. Please note that this position is commission-based only, with no base salary. However, we offer attractive bonuses based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the freight and logistics sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and shippers.
Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and carriers to ensure profitable deals.
Monitor shipments and provide updates to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets to earn attractive commissions and bonuses.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, freight brokerage, or logistics.
Strong network within the logistics industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to thrive in a commission-based role with a performance-driven mindset.
