We are looking to add skilled crews to our team who want to build a lasting business relationship where the work never stops, and you don't need to worry about being paid.
We are NOT looking for crew leaders with multiple crews under them, we are looking for individual crew leaders who have honesty, integrity and work side by side with their guys/gals every day. REQUIREMENTS:
1. Crew leader must speak English.
2. Crew leader be able to communicate effectively and be proficient with cell phones (taking photos and operating online
apps per job is a requirement)
3. Must have all of your own tools / equipment to complete full siding projects.
4. Must have reliable / professional transportation with Minnesota plates.
5. Must be registered with the secretary of state and carry general liability / work comp / auto insurance.
