Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent
Experience: Background in construction/ facilities
Licenses: valid driver’s license required

Sola Salons Twin Cities is seeking applications for a full-time Operations/ Facilities assistant. This position will work at multiple location across the twin cities with our Operations team as needed to maintain our locations with minor carpentry and facility maintenance.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
The Sola Operations Tech is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Management of tasks in one or more fields e.g. minor carpentry, painting, drywall patching, installation of décor and cabinets. Inspections of building and equipment; cross training in other roles as needed; serves as on-call personnel if needed after hours. Proactive in responding to our Pro’s needs to ensure satisfaction.
Communications and Interpersonal Skills required with attentive and active listening.
Self-starter/ability to work independently
Follow written and oral instructions.
Maintain a positive attitude every day.
Ability to relates well with all kinds of people and tolerant of other’s differences.
Assist team members on special projects and tasks as needed.
Benefits/Wage: Hourly $21.00
Health benefit: QSEHRA reimbursement 4,800-7,200 per year.
Paid Time Off: 40 hours annually, with additional 6 paid holidays.
Lift up to 50 pounds regularly/ Action Oriented and Safety Awareness.
Background in blueprints, methods and practices of general building / facility maintenance, knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook: All a plus.
