Self starting each day, the site supervisor is there at the jobsites to ensure and document that our subcontracted work crews are working in accordance with our expectations for quality, safety, pace of work, materials stewardship, and job site tidiness.
The Site Supervisor ensures work crews have everything they need to efficiently do their work including access, custom property protection, double checking materials deliveries for accuracy (and correcting as required).
The Site Supervisor excels at taking photographs in our company app, and demonstrates proficient communication in our CRM, being the NLR office’s “eyes & ears” in the field.
The Site Supervisor will also be willing and able to perform small jobs and repairs such as applying sealant (caulk), replacing a bathroom vent, fixing a downspout, clearing a clogged gutter, installing a temporary repair or tarp, replacing a small piece of rotted fascia board, or installing a few shingles.
The Site Supervisor will coordinate larger repairs with subcontracted work crews, providing planning, procurement of resources, and project management of the repair through completion, including providing customer service.
Resolve job site issues while insulating owner from them to the best extent possible, but communicating to owner the resolution of the issue once complete.
