Shingle Roofing Crews Wanted

We are looking to add skilled crews to our team who are committed to building lasting business relationships, where the work never stops and you don't need to worry about being paid.

We are NOT looking for crew leaders with multiple crews under them. We are seeking individual crew leaders who operate with honesty, integrity, and are hands-on, working side by side with their crew each day. Requirements:

1. Crew leader must speak English fluently and communicate effectively.

2. Crew leader must be proficient with cell phones (taking photos and using online apps per job is a requirement).

3. Must have all of your own tools and equipment to complete full roofing projects.

4. Must have reliable, professional transportation with Minnesota plates.

5. Must be registered with the Secretary of State and carry general liability, work comp, and auto insurance.

6. Must comply with all 15-Point Test subcontractor guidelines for updated compliance. (The 15-Point Test ensures proper worker classification and adherence to contractor status under Minnesota law, preventing misclassification risks.)

7. Must be able to meet the standards of professionalism and craftsmanship that align with CoMitted 365 Roofing & Exteriors’ high expectations.

8. Must have a clean worksite, maintain a safe working environment, and meet safety regulations.

9. Experience in shingle roofing is required.

10. Must be able to maintain quality control and meet deadlines consistently.

12. Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.

13. Ability to manage project schedules and communicate updates efficiently to management.

14. Willingness to undergo background checks and random drug tests as part of ongoing safety protocols.

15. Must be able to work independently or with a small team to meet project goals.

16. Must comply with all state and federal labor laws, including work comp and subcontractor regulations.
