Summary
We are looking for a Construction Estimator to join our team at Solid LLC., West Saint Paul, MN. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy of project estimates and budgets, contributing to our commitment to quality and efficiency in every project we undertake.
Requirements
Proven experience as a construction estimator or similar role in the residential and light commercial construction industry.
Heavy emphasis on sales and closing, not only yours but other estimators proposals also.
At least five years of experience working in the construction field as a residential farmer.
You will be utilizing the company’s estimating software.
Responsibilities
Close deals.
Experience as a construction estimator.
Ability to switch between estimating and sales,
Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with project budgets and timelines.
Utilize estimating software such as Stratosphere and Salesforce for accurate calculations and documentation.
Compensation and benefits:
We offer $35-$45 per hour, depending upon your years of experience.
