Residential Windows & Housewrap

I am looking for someone to help me install new construction windows & and housewrap, as well as replacement windows and doors in existing homes. New construction is muddy, windy, hard, grueling work that pays very well ($30-$60 or more per hour depending on your skills and motivation ), while the replacement end is less laborious, but requires more carpentry skills and manners as you are working in people's homes, some of which are very particular. The right candidate will be reliable, punctual, motivated, strong, healthy, well kept, and will take this job seriously. I am looking for a partner to help me grow my business to another level, not some guy just trying to make a quick buck. You must be proficient with a hammer, and be comfortable working on tall ladders all day in the Minnesota elements, all year round. Do not contact me if you like to drag your butt at work, text on your phone, and take numerous breaks. The amount of money we both make depends completely on how fast and efficient we get the job done, and get the job done right. You will need a set of tool bags (large bags) on a belt, a hard hat, and a high visibility vest or shirt of some kind, as well as a good pair of waterproof, comfortable work boots. I provide all the tools, equipment, and skills needed to complete the job. What I need from you is for you to show up on time, every day there is a scheduled job, without excuses, and work your butt off (try to keep up with me, although you won't) all day until I say it's time to go home.
