We are a small property management company dealing primarily with single family homes. Looking to add a maintenance/handyman to our team. Jobs vary and overall not big in nature. Property turnovers, general repairs and inspection repairs, light plumbing and electrical. Full time Monday through Friday with some on call weekend availability. Homes located in a areas of Maple Grove, Brooklyn Park, Brooklyn Center, Crystal, Robbinsdale, Minneapolis.
Qualifications:
-Reliable transportation
-Organized and efficient when tasked with jobs
-Pass background check
-Good attitude
-Basic tools
