FCP Services Inc. is hiring a commercial painter for work here in the twin cities area doing multi-housing exterior and interior (interior during winter months) painting.
We offer:
Monday through Friday schedule (typical business hours)
Time and one half for overtime
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years experience doing interior and exterior commercial painting
Must be motivated and dependable.
Prior scissor/boom lift experience
Lifting up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis.
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights

Purpose:
This position will require crew members to travel around the cotwin cities area. On a typical day a painter will work a schedule of 7 am to 3:30 pm or 8 am to 4:30 pm.
Major Opportunities & Key Accountabilities:
Performs all types of exterior and interior commercial painting work and surface preparation.
Prepares various surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, remove old caulking and caulk and prepare to paint the wall.
Perform work with strict company and regulatory safety procedures at all times.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Able to follow directions and work well with others.
Have a desire to learn industry, grow in company.
Strong and positive attitude, even when jobs are tough.
