Maintenance Technician Position – Eastern Wright County-Based in Rockford

Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks.
Responsible for apartment turns and work orders.
Conduct preventative maintenance.
Ensure rental inspections are passed.
Weekend phone support is rotated, very few calls
We provide vehicles, insurance and gas.
We provide all tools needed for your work.
Qualifications:
General maintenance skills and strong organizational abilities
Related skills in mechanics, construction, general labor
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work 40 hours a week on a regular basis.
Capable of lifting 70 pounds
Must pass a background check.
Cooperative team player with a positive attitude-no drama
Minimum 2 years related work experience.
Compensation:
$20-25 per hour, depending on skills.
