EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPE LEAD (seasonal or annual)
DETAILS: To complete all duties as a PROFESSIONAL LANDSAPE TECHNICIAN to include:
· Preparation of equipment and inventory for daily departure
· Preparation of equipment and materials for construction
· Preparation of construction sites
· Demolition and excavation of construction sites
· Installation of Softscape and Hardscape Construction materials
· Operation of industry related tools and equipment, including heavy equipment operation
· Work as a team, enjoying the great outdoors, the people you work with and pride for everything you are contributing in enriching the lives of our customers

POSITION SCHEDULE:
· Seasonal @ 34 weeks = 1360+ hrs 04/01 – 11/23 (Mon – Thursday 0700 – 1730) (Fridays & Saturdays rain make-up days)
· Annual @ 52 weeks = 2030 HOURS per season (over 40 hrs per week when desired or required, paid overtime)
· 11/24 – 03/31 (670+ hrs) (24/7 for snow services) (Scheduled: Mon – Thursday 0700-1630)

· Installation of base aggregates for construction sites
· Installation of machine built stone walls
· Heavy equipment operation (skidsteer, excavator)
· Supervising daily and weekly maintenance of equipment under operation
· Construction of Softscape and Hardscape Projects
· Training of staff in industry related best practices
· Supervising and directing Team Members throughout construction process
· Assisting and supervising additional crews when needed
· Operator of Snow & Ice Management division over the winter months (ANNUAL ONLY)

SENIOR FOREMAN (annual): THIS IS A PROMOTION ONLY POSITION

· Supervision and leading construction crews as needed
· Assisting Construction Foreman as needed
· Assisting Project Manager as needed
· Leading daily Pre-Departure and End-of-Day routine

· Installation of base aggregates for construction sites
· Installation of machine built stone walls
· Heavy equipment operation (skidsteer, excavator)
