Schultz Landscaping is seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Laborer to join our team! The Landscape Laborer will assist with all aspects of landscape installation and maintenance projects. This individual should have a solid understanding of landscaping techniques and best practices, as well as the ability to work well within a team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects.
Perform hardscaping tasks such as installing pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape features.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and machinery.
Follow instructions from the Foreman and other team leaders.
Ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Help with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Landscape Laborer or similar role in the landscaping industry.
Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment.
Experience with hardscaping, including pavers, retaining walls, etc.
Ability to work well within a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or formal training in landscaping or horticulture.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Familiarity with local plant species and landscape materials.

Compensation:
Landscape Laborers can earn $18/hr - $25/hr.
Pay is negotiable based on experience.
