Looking for an experienced Mason to work out of the West Metro and all over the Twin cities area.
We are a fireplace and chimney company. We are in need of a full-time Mason for chimney work and inside stone work. The chimney work includes repairing brick and mortar. Tuck pointing and laying brick. Pouring new crowns on top of the chimney.
The Storm part of the job is any kind of interior stone work that is needed. Occasionally we do fire pits and either lay brick for the patio where the fire pit is on or do flagstone.
We pay by the job. Depending on your experience you get a percentage right off the price of the work order. If you are a efficient Mason and can be quick and do a good job sometimes you get paid up to $80 to $100. You will have a helper that will help you with every job and do most of the grunt work.
This is a full-time position during this time of year. This all depends on how much work comes in. We have been on the track of being able to have enough business for at least five chimneys a week.
You will be considered a subcontractor and will be paid in full without taxes taken out. You are responsible for doing your taxes on the money you earn.
