Window Installer has immediate openings for laborers to add to their crews. We are a window and door installation crew looking for a new guy to come in, help us, learn the trade, and grow with us.
Duties Include:
Loading materials for jobs
Unloading materials at job sites
Helping identify which windows / doors will be replaced
Ability to speak professionally to homeowners as needed
Learning the steps in the process, anticipating what comes next, and assisting the installers with everything they need.
Picking up trash on the job site
Helping to ensure that the home and the yard is in perfect condition before you leave.
Disposing of trash at the end of the day.
Must be able to:
Work outside year round
Lift 50-100 pounds.
Go up and down a ladder
Understand urgency
Problem Solve
Learn from mistakes
This is an hourly position and does not offer benefits.
