Director of Airframe Maintenance

We're looking for someone with 12-15 years of experience to serve as a Director of Maintenance, 145 Repair Station.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Airframe and Powerplant Maintenance, Troubleshooting Mechanical and Electrical Systems, Team Leadership, Compliance Management, and Clear Communication.

As a Director of Maintenance, you will be responsible for supervising technicians, interfacing with customers, and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company processes.

Responsibilities

Supervise technicians and coordinate with the Chief Inspector to provide aircraft maintenance services including 100 Hour/Annual Inspections, Progressive Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Unscheduled Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical systems, Engine Removal/Replacement, Composite and Metallic Structural Repairs, Avionics Software Updates, and other duties as assigned

Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations and company processes related to Part 145 Repair Station, including participating in initial and recurrent training to inform new employees of the 145 Repair Station and Service Center requirements

Interface with customers to provide aircraft maintenance services and ensure fulfillment of their maintenance needs
