Awesome opportunity and pay for experienced finishers and laborers! We're a small company with more than 25 years doing business in and around the Twin Cities. We are looking for someone who enjoys their work and wants to be apart of a team that feels the same. We're looking for an energetic and detail oriented professional who takes pride in creating quality work.
The requirements are simple:
-Have minimum three years of verifiable finishing experience
-Drivers license with a clean driving record (Class A preferred also extra pay)
-Have a DOT healthcard or ability to obtain one (not required)
-Works well with others - our crews do all aspects of concrete, no task is beneath any of us! We are a team!
-Present yourself in a professional manner around customers and when on company time.
-Adequate Bobcat skills - Help with tear out and loading trucks when necessary
-Saw cutting skills
-Proficient in all aspects of finishing, floating, rodding, steps. Stamping can be taught if need be.

I'm not afraid to pay above industry standards for the right person with the right experience. Pay is based on experience.
Pay at base knowledge of described requirements starts at $37.00+ depending on all abilities.
Overtime after 40 hours. This is a seasonal position with unemployment benefits during the off season.
Consistent availability of overtime.
Benefits include paid holidays, and direct deposit paid weekly.
