Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Auto Body Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is skilled in repairing vehicles to pre-accident conditions, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in a team environment. We specialize and work on late model vehicles. No restoration. Our facility is also air-conditioned to keep you cool and comfortable in the summer.
Responsibilities:
-Perform body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural repair.
-Remove upholstery, accessories, windows, and other items to gain access to the damaged area of the vehicle when needed.
-Ensure all parts are here for your vehicle. Communicate any parts missing.
-Ensure all work meets quality standards and shop guidelines
-Maintain clean and safe work environment
-Communicate effectively with estimators and other technicians
Requirements:
-1-2+ years of experience in auto body repair (ICAR / ASE certification a plus but not required)
-Strong knowledge of tools and repair techniques
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
-Attention to detail and commitment to quality
