NOW HIRING: Personal Trainer / Head Coach at Alloy Personal Training – St. Louis Park, MN

HIGHLIGHTS: We are seeking a highly motivated trainer with engaging interpersonal skills to deliver client-centric and sales-driven results to take on the role of Head Coach of Training at the brand-new Alloy Personal Training studio in St. Louis Park, MN.

OTHER OPPORTUNITIES AT THIS STUDIO: We also have Part-Time Coach positions available.

COMPENSATION: Base salary of $45,000 - $55,000 with bonus potential to get to $75,000

annually.

YOU WILL THRIVE AT ALLOY: The Head Coach role will be an instrumental part of the studio driving pre-

sales, ongoing membership sales, business-to-business cross promotions, creating a positive culture of “Stronger Together” mentality with our members, creating strong relationships with our members, member retention, and personal training sessions (in a small group setting)!

As the Head Coach of Training, you'll spend roughly 30 to 35 hours a week conducting small

group personal training sessions (4-6 people per session). The rest of your hours will be focused on

growing the membership by following up on leads, community networking and engagement, member

retention activities, client satisfaction and support, and staff training.

Unlike other companies, you'll have direct incentives that compensate you based on studio performance.

Overall, the hours will be somewhat flexible based on business needs and the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Critical sales role during pre-sales and opening phase of the new studio with a goal being 100+

members prior to opening and then ongoing sales and retention to get total members to 150

Vital role in creating an Alloy community where we are “Stronger Together”

Deliver premium client engagement and training sessions: In-Body assessments, goal setting,

relationship-based client model to build an Alloy community of support and accountability

Oversee that the studio is scheduling staff according to operational requirements and in

compliance with payroll budgets

Ensure studio is training, coaching and supervising the staff in accomplishing daily tasks and

maximizing new memberships and retention, including conducting weekly meetings with staff

Monitor and mentor staff performance to secure delivery of membership services in compliance

with company policies and procedures

Prioritize goals and objectives in order to develop member and employee satisfaction and

retention, and grow memberships

Communicate regularly with team and owner

Demonstrates grit and perseverance: Shows a strong determination to overcome challenges and consistently pursues long-term goals with resilience and tenacity.

Critically assess situations to solve challenges that impact studio sales performance and member

satisfaction

Other duties as assigned

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

3-5 years of training and/or fitness sales experience preferred

Must hold a nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA,

NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science)

Experience in a stand-alone, high-end fitness club highly preferred

Experience in pre-sales or other applicable fitness sales preferred

Leadership and development of a fitness training team of 2 or more individuals preferred

Desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals required

Proficient consultation skills required

Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting preferred

Ability to hire, direct, coach, train, motivate and evaluate staff

Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills required

Financial, business and human resource management acumen preferred

Computer literacy required

Morning, evening and weekend hours are required
