Position: Hair Restoration Stylist
Location: Vadnais Heights
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Responsibilities:
Utilize a variety of hair restoration techniques, including laser therapy, and non-surgical
treatments, to address client needs.
Design personalized treatment plans based on individual client characteristics,
preferences, and expectations.
Execute hair restoration procedures with precision, ensuring natural-looking results and
client satisfaction.
Educate clients on post-treatment care instructions and provide ongoing support
throughout their hair restoration journey.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all sanitation and safety
protocols.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and
personalized service.
Upsell salon products and services to meet client needs and drive revenue.
Requirements:
Valid Cosmetology License or student attending Cosmetology school with completion of
8 hour minimum safety & sanitation course.
Strong understanding of hair anatomy, physiology, and common causes of hair loss.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build
rapport with clients.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Sensitivity to client confidentiality and privacy concerns.
Benefits:
