Summary
We are looking for a 1099 Construction Estimator/PM to join our team at Solid LLC., West Saint Paul, MN. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy of project estimates and budgets, contributing to our commitment to quality and efficiency in every project we undertake.
Responsibilities
Experience as a construction estimator.
Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements.
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable pricing.
Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures throughout the construction process.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with project budgets and timelines.
Requirements
Proven experience as a construction estimator or similar role in the construction industry.
At least one year experience working in the construction field as a residential framer.
You will utilize the company’s estimating software.
Job walks are required.
Working in the office at least 20 per week.
