Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback in the designated software systems.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales or inside sales is preferred.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer data effectively.
Familiarity with sales management processes and techniques is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in territory or outside sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
