We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales/Customer Service Representative in our new location opening in Maple Grove. As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with product inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for their kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the store
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's experience
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, arranging displays and samples
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers Provide estimates for granite and quartz counter tops
- Follow up with clients after installation process
-Open & close showroom
-Hours: Tuesday-Thursday 10-5 Friday 10-4 Saturday 10-1
Qualifications:
Basic Math skills, be able to use a calculator
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly manner
- Knowledge of electronics or technology products is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
