We scout areas with storm damage and sell in those areas mainly around the twin cities and setup inspections with homeowners and business owners.
We start around 7% payout in sales and it goes up from there based on ability to close sales.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Own a truck and able to carry a ladder for inspections is a plus!
