Project Consultant – Exterior Remodeling
Rose Remodeling is currently seeking candidates to fill multiple Project Consultant
positions. We are a family-owned Twin Cities exterior remodeling company that focuses on exterior storm restoration, and many other residential remodeling projects.

Position Description:
Meet with homeowners by door knocking, and going to appointments set up by our knocking team to educate them on the products and services we provide.
Position Requirements:
Perform detailed inspections of homes for possible storm
damage, problems with current products, and warranty checks.
Effectively communicate problems and solutions to potential customers
regarding their property damage.
Meet with insurance adjusters to discuss findings and agree on a scope of work
to be performed.
Upload pictures, documents, and other relative info regarding each
homeowner’s project and discuss it with the production department.
Supervise project
Highly motivated and people oriented.
Strong communication skills (written/verbal)
Excellent time management skills.
Must be self-driven and assertive
Perform roof, siding, window, and gutter inspections.
Be able to climb a ladder. (OK with heights)
Valid driver’s license
Reliable vehicle
Present a professional appearance. (Tattoos are cool)
Sales/management experience preferred but not required.
Be goal oriented.
Be a team player.
We Offer:
Industry leading commission structure. (Project consultants can expect to earn
$50-$100k, there is no cap on commissions!)
Percentage of commission is paid upon turning in an approved job.
