JOB DESCRIPTION:
Twin Cities Pawn is looking for a fun, friendly and self-driven individual to manage one of our store locations. This position oversees the sales team in conjunction with doing the day-to-day operations of the venue. We work with a wide range of products from jewelry to firearms and everything in between making everyday at our shops new and exciting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Inspire and lead all members of the team to support and build a positive/ upbeat culture
· Oversee all aspects of operations. This includes but is not limited to: efficient utilization of labor, controlling the store budget and protecting the company assets through daily controls
· Build relationships and loyalty within the community and city officials
· Implement policies, goals, objectives and procedures for your specific store
· Monitor sales activities to ensure that store is meeting goals by providing exceptional service, marketing and quality goods
· Hiring, training, assigning duties, coaching and evaluating staff
· Enforce safety, health, security rules, OSHA compliance and loss prevention
· Provide guest services by greeting and assisting customers, including responding to complaints and inquiries
