We are currently seeking to hire an Experienced Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

We are a National Company recognized for outstanding product quality and customer satisfaction.

Our jobs are to coach, train and inspire our sales representatives to greater success. you must work well in a team atmosphere and be comfortable communicating on the phone.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities

Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team

Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement

Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting

Report on team and individual performance

Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Create bonus incentives for high achieving representatives

Track performances and report to sales force

Recruit new sales representatives to grow territory

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service management, or related field

Experience as a supervisor or manager

Strong leadership qualities

Ability to build rapport with clients

Motivational coaching, high energy leader

Ability to close

Great office location by 494 and 52.
