We are seeking an experienced or highly motivated Home Inspectors to perform comprehensive inspections on residential and light commercial properties. This is a commission-based position best suited for self-starters who want control over their schedule and earning potential.
what we look for in a Home Inspector ( Responsibilities ).
Conduct thorough, unbiased inspections of residential and/or commercial properties
Examine structural roofing conditions, siding, windows, Soffit Fascia.
Communicate effectively with clients in direct Sales in a persuasive but respectful form
Adhere to company policies, uphold ethical standards at all times
Travel to inspection sites within the service area as needed
