Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales - Outside Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for:
Generating leads
Home solicitation/networking to bring in potential residential and commercial construction projects
Working with homeowners in storm damage areas or homeowners looking for an upgrade to their largest investment (their home)
Assisting homeowners with the entire insurance claims process, meeting with adjusters to identify and document damages and preparing an estimate for repairs
Turning insurance approved construction projects or approved estimates into the production department
Qualifications
A positive attitude & outgoing personality with the ability to develop great relationships
An Engergetic and competitive spirit with a positive will to win attitude, as we are looking for individuals who want to grow alongside Arko Companies
Comfortable with Sales Presentations and Consultative Selling skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Enjoy driving and traveling as we work all over the metro area
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the restoration or construction industry is a plus
Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle required with up-to-daet insurance
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Be registered with the MN Department of Labor & Industry, as well as have a valid tax ID number or social security numbers, a W9 with current General liability and Work Comp certs.
This is a 1099 position
