Keystone Builders specializes in home exterior remodeling in Roofing, Siding, Gutters, and Window projects in the Twin Cities and surrounding area. Keystone Builders specializes in assisting customers with storm damage response. Our office is in Brooklyn Park, this position is traveling within the Twin Cities and surrounding area solely based on areas affected in recent storms.

Qualifications:
● Ability/Willingness to learn and listen to our systems in play
● 2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
(Any Canvassing, Door to Door phone sales, is preferred)
● Highly motivated, self-driven, competitive and hard working
● Ability to be humble and work well in a team environment
● Ability to utilize basic electronics (Computer/Phone)
● Excellent Team Player and independent project management skills
● Ability to actively walk and canvass areas in a professional manner
● Fulltime candidates must be willing to work 1PM-7PM weekly,
Also 2 Saturdays a month for 4 hours each day
● Part time at least 2-3 days a week
● Present a professional and personable appearance both in/out of the office
Job Duties:
● Participate in appointment scheduling, estimates and networking opportunities
● Actively pursue Homeowners/Business owners affected in storm damaged areas setting on-site inspections for our Project Consultants
● Utilize our company software’s and systems to record and track appointments
● Company provided training and marketing tools including company apparel for success
● When weather permits, comfortable door knocking, talking to homeowners, overcoming objections and driving the sales process in scheduling free inspections
