DUTIES:

- Participate with and lead a team of door to door canvassers to effectively promote our products/services in designated areas.

- Utilize sales and customer service techniques to engage with potential customers.

- Coordinate and execute market strategies to maximize outreach and impact.

- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure objectives are met.

- Produce appointments to deliver compelling product demos to showcase the benefits to potential customers.

- Transport canvassers from a central meeting point to territories and back in a company van

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Sales skills to drive engagement and conversions.

- Strong customer service orientation.

- Ability to strategize and execute marketing initiatives.

- Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.

- Experience in event marketing to attract target audiences.

- A salary of $55,000 per year plus commissions, overrides and bonuses achieving over six figure total compensation for the year.
