We are an independent restaurant that puts people first! We are looking to hire additional security people to our team to ensure our establish maintains a safe and fun environment for all staff and guests. Ideal candidates have experience in de-escalation and are able to identify situations that may escalate, proactively before problems arise. It is also important that applicants are team players and while working the floor and the door, help our their teammates where they can to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant. This position seats tables, pre-busses dishes, refills drinks and helps out the other front of house staff while watching for situations that may need to be addressed.
We have a simple standard that is effective if executed respectfully when anyone is interfering with the experience of another guest.
- Everyone gets one warning, "Excuse me, you are disturbing other guests and need to be respectful of everyone here. If you continue, I am going to ask you to leave".
- If behavior continues we ask that they leave immediately. "I am asking that you leave now, we can not tolerate you disturbing other people. Please leave now, you are welcome come back another time.
- If they continue to escalate the situation we insist they leave and do not return in the future and trespass if necessary.
