Provide access to technical resources on the LSS network required by LSS staff to perform organization information processing. Implement, maintain, and support LSS networking, voice systems, and associated infrastructure related to those areas. Ensure adequate setup and use of the system and instruct end users on accessing provided resources. Act as the highest level of technical assistance regarding network infrastructure and provide direction to our Network Administrators.

Salary Range: $83,420 - $92,688 (Dependent on Qualifications)

Position Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related or equivalent experience is required.

Current technical certifications such as the Aruba ACMA and Extreme Networks are highly preferred. Also, CCNA and CompTIA are relevant certifications.

4-5 years of experience in information systems, focusing on systems integration and network design/management, is required.

Specialized experience in a broad array of state-of-the-art technical areas, including networking, data communications, systems integration, and design of enterprise information systems, is required.

Must be familiar with industry trends and developments.

A Driver’s License is required.

Able to respond promptly to the highly varied and often urgent needs of LSS programs or outside customers. Appropriate solutions must be delivered in times of perceived or actual emergency.

Practical communication skills are required.
