Responsibilities:
Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; make correct change and issue receipts.
Assist as backup for switchboard telephone system by answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department; strive to minimize hold time.
Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate department for resolution.
Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with customers and fellow employees.
Assist with scanning and filing as needed.
Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:

Attention to detail
Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
Available to work occasional additional hours as needed, including Saturdays is a plus.
Good communication skills
