3-4 years experience required
Full-Time 40 Hours Per Week
Splitting time between two properties
Monday - Friday
On-call
Must have your own tools
Responsibilities/but not limited to:
-Plumbing
-Appliances
-Heating and A/C repairs
-Turnaround maintenance
-Preventative maintenance
-Lock changes
-Minor electrical repairs
-Additional responsibilities as directed
-Shoveling/Salting in winter as needed
-Join a fun staff that works together
