Maintenance Technician Apartments

Experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech sought for several apartment buildings in Excelsior. Skills to include boilers, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, electrical, drywall, grounds, snow, lock re-keying, and remodels. We are seeking someone with 3 or more years of experience and a boilers license. You must own your own tools. This is a fast paced customer caring organization; we put our work and our employees first. On call required 1 week each month and two holidays per year. This is a full time position. Our office is in Eden Prairie - apartments are located in Excelsior off 3rd Ave and Christmas Lake Road. Background (BCA) check required.
