Maintenance Technician for apartment portfolio in Robbinsdale and New Hope Area.
We are a small family owned business with 14 buildings and about 220 doors in the northwest suburbs. We value a work life balance and have created a position where your hours will only be Monday through Friday business hours. No on call, overtime or weekends.
We are looking for someone with general maintenance skills and strong organization. It is important that you can both help with turns, work orders, preventative maintenance in addition to overseeing a few other maintenance staff, organize work orders, inventory, schedule vendors and pass rental inspections.
If you have skills that are related like mechanics, construction, military machinist (or related) we are willing to train you.
Must have valid drivers license, insurance, reliable car, own set of tools (nothing exotic necessary). Must be able to work 40 hours a week on regular basis. Able to life 50 pounds and pass a background check.
Being a cooperative team player with a good spirit is a must.
Pay is $30 per hour depending on skills with paid vacation, potential for health insurance and 401k
