Key Responsibilities
Show and lease apartments, duplexes, and houses to prospective tenants.
Handle calls, texts, and emails from leads in a friendly and professional manner.
Follow up promptly and close leases efficiently.
Maintain listings, pricing, and marketing photos across online platforms.
Prepare and process lease paperwork with accuracy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and prospects.
Work closely with management to hit leasing targets and improve processes.
