Senior Housing - Two buildings totaling 42 units
Duties would include but are not limited to the following:
1. Cleaning common areas
2. Cleaning and painting of apartments as they become vacant
3. Mowing and landscape maintenance
4. Snow shoveling of sidewalks {parking lot done by contractor}
5. Minor repairs requested by residents
Must enjoy seniors, be caring, have excellent communication and people skills.
Must have part time work.
A background check is required.
