Apartment Management Company seeks an experienced Apartment Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager of 254 Apartments FULL-TIME in the Riverview Apartments Community at 8221 Riverview Lane Brooklyn Park, MN. Qualified candidates will have experience in office management, rent collection, bank deposits, rent collections, accounts payable, and a high aptitude in math, paperwork and details. Additional skills in sales, customer service, recruiting, supervising, and marketing are advantageous. Must have exceptional communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management company; verbal, written, text, emails and be able to document. This position will support leasing agents and supply additional coverage of leasing calls, showings and closing on prospects. The candidate should be able to perform essential duties of the Manager when Manager is away. Experience and understanding of apartment maintenance, work order systems and inspections is a plus.
Required to work the last day and the first 2 days of each month regardless of it falling on a weekend or Holiday. This is a FULL-TIME HOURLY position and requires completion of a timesheet, a typical work day is 9:00 to 5:30 or 8:00 to 4:30; some nights and week ends.
