About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable Scheduler / Dispatcher to coordinate 8–12 trucks daily for a busy service operation. You’ll manage schedules, communicate with drivers, and ensure jobs hit their time zones accurately. Attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask are key to success in this position.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch 8–12 trucks per day across multiple service zones
Review job details and scope of work to match crews appropriately
Monitor time zones and reroute trucks as needed for efficiency
Communicate clearly with drivers, managers, and customers
Verify completion notes, photos, and billing details
Support same-day and next-day service coordination
Requirements:
3+ years experience in dispatching, scheduling, or logistics
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple trucks and crews efficiently
Tech-savvy (CRM or scheduling software experience preferred) Multi Screens
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
