LUNSETH, a leading grounds maintenance company since 2007, is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to both commercial and residential properties in the SW Metro Area. Our team enjoys a fun, hardworking environment with regular company events and a strong emphasis on safety and professionalism. As a Production Manager, you will oversee our grounds maintenance teams, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to safety protocols, and the delivery of top-notch services to our clients.ResponsibilitiesOversee production of our grounds maintenance teams, ensuring the right tools/materials are selected and purchased, staffing is secured, and equipment functions correctly.Work closely with the Operations Manager to understand weekly/monthly goals and ensure each property is serviced with a high degree of quality.Conduct weekly planning and developing for projects, site visits, ensuring compliance and safety, training, mentoring and coaching team members.Manage inventory and equipment, assign equipment to crews to meet customer timelines, and stock trucks with safety gear.Run necessary reports, ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, create a production schedule, and train new employees.Promote an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the mission and core values of LUNSETH.Opening and closing duties as required in a rotation.Weekly site visits for quality.Weekly hours monitoring to ensure job efficiency.Weekly reporting/email to operations manager during spring summer and fall.Planning and organizing training rodeos.New employee orientation, training, coaching, mentoring.QualificationsAt least 3 years of industry-related experience.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Able to solve problems quickly and efficiently.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel.Experience with LMN, Hindsite or other similar industry software is preferred.Bi-lingual preferred - English/Spanish.CompensationThe salary is negotiable based on experience and the position offers a competitive salary starting at$60K annually.BenefitsUnlimited PTO - (certain restrictions apply)Medical/Dental/Life insuranceSimple IRA retirement with 3% match beginning in 2nd yearMonthly production bonus (share of profit)Company provided work truckCompany provided cell phone Apply now in 2 minutes!
