We are in need of an office manager / dispatcher for our fire division techs. Your job duties include and not limited to:
Scheduling out the crews
responding to messages / emails in a timely manner
managing accounts
pulling and maintaining permits, compliance engine reports
follow up calls for deficiencies
organizing the day-to-day operations for this division
We are looking for an individual that has great customer service skills, organized, persistent, willing to learn, and is able to handle a large customer base.
