The scheduling coordinator will be in charge of scheduling/ booking dealers for casino parties, scheduling dealer training sessions and organizing any potential carpools for dealers going to parties. The coordinator will also be responsible for answering job inquiries and conducting phone interviews. In less busy times, the coordinator they may also be asked to aid with customer service, along with basic data entry. Coordinate sales with potential clients old or new. The manager will make all calls, create and maintain relationships to schedule potential events with clients. The hours to start would be 9-5 with opportunities for overtime especially during the holiday season.
